New: Escentric Molecules 05

Escentric Molecules always comes in pairs. The Molecule consists of a single ingredient, whereas the Escentric is a more complex composition built around the component.

Molecule 05 is built around Cashmeran. Cashmeran is a complex ingredient, with touches of wood, patchouli, fruit, rich spices and vanilla. The scent is supposed to evoke the soft sensuality of cashmere. The effect is characterful but minimalistic, ideal for people who enjoy a modern wood scent.

In Escentric 05 Cashmeran is still the main player, but many more ingredients have been added. The idea was to create a summery sea like fragrance without using traditional marine notes. A day in a Mediterranean island, with all the aromatic and resinous facets of the plants and trees.

The fragrances consists of the citrusy freshness of Bergamote, the aromatic greenness of juniper berries, rosemary and laurel, while the richer base is built around Cashmeran, cypress and labdanum.

Liqueur Charnelle by Pierre Guillaume

Liqueur Charnelle seeks to evoke the sensation of a jazz club. Smokey rooms and leather create a slightly dark sensuality, where the use of white tobacco is enhanced with black pepper.

The other side of Liqueur Charnelle is essentially a study of cognac, and built around the five major aromas that give the liquor its unique flavor: vanilla, prune, caramel, orange and apricot.

The result is a playful blend of light and dark, fruity sweetness and tobacco.

Available as 50 ml and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Ganymède by Marc-Antoine Barrois

After the enormous success of B683, the question arose what Marc-Antoine Barrois would do to parallel his instant classic. The answer is Ganymede.

Orbiting Jupiter, Ganymede is a rocky, luminous moon, submerged in saltwater oceans, named after the young man of Greek mythology who was kidnapped by the gods and  granted immortality for his unparalleled beauty.

Ganymede contains the same leathery core as B683. But unlike the clear cut masculinity of its predecessor, Ganymede takes a more fluid turn. The sensuality of leather and suede becomes soft and bright, thanks to the addition of a sparkling Italian mandarin note. Simultaneously, the spicy flower of immortelle adds a mineral and almost salty undertone.

Available as 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Notes : Mandarin, Safran, Violette, Osmanthus, Akigalawood, Immortelle.

Summer Scent: Histoire d’Orangers

Histoire d’Orangers by L’Artisan Parfumeur

The great thing about orange blossom is its many facets. Floral, citrusy, honeylike, green, with a clean and fresh vibe. The bad thing about orange blossom is that it usually doesn’t last very long.

This must be why Histoire d’Oranger was created, a contemporary, very long-lasting eau de parfum built around a beautiful musky orange flower. The white tea adds an extra touch a freshness, while the tonka bean heightens the creamy, somewhat sweet sensation.

Recommended for women.

About the new Creed bottle sizes.

About the new Creed bottle sizes.

Creed has decided to change its bottle sizes from 30ml/75ml/120ml to 50ml and 100ml .

For example: where Aventus would have been €92,5/30ml, €152/75ml, €194/120ml,
it will now be available as €144/50ml and €194/100ml.

This means that there will be a transition period, where some Creed products are available in the former sizes,
and some only in the new ones.
Necessities received its last delivery of the former sizes today, and will deliver on a first come first serve basis.

We apologize for any inconvenience this transition might cause.

New: Amouage

Established by the Sultan of Oman in 1983, Amouage is perhaps the most known of perfume houses in the Middle East. Amouage can be considered the perfume bridge between East and and West. While using traditional oriental ingredients such as oud, incense, rose and spices, the development of the fragrances is taken care of by western master perfumers.

The secret of Amouage is the combination of phenomenal ingredients, fantastic longevity and legendary perfumers such as Alberto Morillas, Guy Robert, Jean-Claude Ellena and Maurice Roucel.

The opulent bottles are divided into women’s and men’s fragrance. The bottles of the women’s scents recall the shape of the Palace Ruwi Mosque in Muskat, Oman; the bottles with the men’s scents have the shape of the Khanjar, the traditional dagger of Oman. A truly luxurious perfume house.

New: The Different Company

Proudly introducing : The Different Company

With an exceptional dedication to high quality raw materials, the French perfume house has created extremely sophisticated fragrances that are both gentle and original. Moreover, The Different Company also uses some of the best perfumers in the business, of which Jean Claude Elena (Hermes), Bertrand Duchafour and Christine Nagel (Jo Malone) are prime examples.

Be sure to check out Bergamote (70% natural bergamot), Sel De Vetiver (the feeling of clean salt on warm skin after swimming at sea) and De Bachmakov (the icy smell of Siberia).
